The next generation of fitness!
Our Poe Kids youth fitness program is designed to be both FUN and effective! At Nevermore we follow CrossFit’s philosophy that fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Our methodology is based on the principle of mechanics, consistency and then intensity. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. There is also an ever-widening body of evidence that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function. Every class offers a new experience and a chance for kids to learn skills as well as life lessons and to build relationships. We focus on developmentally appropriate movement training for enduring fitness and physical competence rather than chasing after and celebrating short-term gains.
Our goal is to instill in the next generation a positive association with exercise, a desire to be fit and a goal to live a long and healthy life.

- Hatchlings (Age 6-10) Mon 5:30pm, Wed 5:30pm, Sat 9:00am
- Fledglings (Age 11-14) Mon 6:30pm. Wed 6:30Pm, Sat 10:00am
