What is Delirium?

Led by experienced coaches, within a group setting, Delirium is a calorie-burning, interval training class designed to target all levels of clients. With a proven combination of body weight movements, plyometrics, running, rowing, jump rope, kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls, you will increase muscle and burn calories. The class will focus on aerobic, anaerobic conditioning, functional training and core in a fast-paced environment customized to your level and your goals. As the name implies, it’s guaranteed to create excitement in your workout, shred fat and move you closer to the body you want.
